Poroutawhao Support Group (PSG)
We’re here to support Poroutawhao School, support our kid’s learning and experience, and bring together the broader community. We organize social events, fundraise for our annual priorities, get together to help with the upkeep of the school and even offer to share our talents!
We all bring something different to the mix to make this happen and would love to have you join our friendly group.
Your time, everyone’s benefit!
There’s no need to commit to being on the PSG, but if you want to that’s great. What we need is people that can spare a little of their time and talent to make things happen, big or small.
We meet monthly and discuss what’s coming up, bring fresh ideas and work out our plans to get things done. Every meeting has a different focus depending on what’s coming up.
We will often share drinks and nibbles to get to get know each other and connect.

We will update you each term through this newsletter and frequently on the school App, Dojo, on what’s happening and what sort of support we’re after as we get closer to each event. But for now, please let us know if you are interested in knowing more about what we do by joining our email list. Or send us your ideas on what we could do! We’ll let you know when we’re next meeting and also fill you in on our most recent discussions and ideas.
